School transportation facility is available for students who wish to avail it. Our fleet of well-maintained buses covers all major areas of Kanpur, ensuring safe, comfortable and timely pick-up and drop for every student.
Parents who wish to enrol their ward for school transport should fill in the Bus Availability Form available at the school transport counter or download it from the links below.
Parents who want school transport for their wards must furnish a written undertaking that the school will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss of life, or property due to any accident.
If parents want a change of bus stops or routes, a written request must be submitted to the Principal. Transport will be provided in the changed route only if seats are available.
Outside normal school hours/days, parents must arrange their own transport. The school bus service operates strictly within scheduled timings.
The transportation fee is charged for 11 months in a year.
- Students must report to the pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Buses will not wait for latecomers.
- The following acts are strictly prohibited:
- Discourtesy or disobedience to the teacher/driver/conductor.
- Changing seats while the bus is in motion.
- Being rude to other children.
- Pushing and jostling while boarding.
- Distracting the driver's attention.
- Damaging bus property.
- Students must carry their school ID card while travelling on the school bus.
- Students should not lean out of windows or put hands or heads outside the moving bus.
- In case of misbehaviour, the Principal may take strict disciplinary action, including suspension from bus service.
